The gentleman that came to my house was honest and professional. He called to tell me he would be at the house at 12 and was actually 2 minutes early, punctuality is a plus in my book. I knew in the house I was having cleaned there was a very good chance even with deep extraction that the carpet likely would not come clean. He went above and beyond trying to get the carpet cleaned it’s not perfect in the worst of the areas but it will work for me to be able to sell my dads house

Carpets look amazing Eric did a wonderful job. The solution that was used does not take long for carpets to dry and it leaves a great scent.

Both Amin and Craig were intent on thoroughly cleaning a carpet suspected in a room that had previously been shampooed. Amin actually knelt on his knees to smell the carpet and determined the smell was not emanating from the carpet but something else inside the closet. The technicians shampooed the carpet again anyway. Their professionalism was much appreciated.

The results were better than I'd hoped. We are trying to make our carpet last through our son's toddler years, but we'd accumulated way too many food stains. I wanted to have it cleaned just to make sure all the sugar was out so it wouldn't attract pests, but by the time the cleaning was done, all of the stains had disappeared. The technician, Ray, was very friendly and professional. He went over all the details with me and got the cleaning done quickly.

The individual who cleaned our carpets was professional, courteous, and helpful. The carpet in our home is old and shows its age. He recommended additional treatments (I was not inclined to take advantage of as I am a renter). He worked hard and seemed to go above and beyond to address spots on our carpet. He did a wonderful job, and was a pleasure to deal with.
