I was introduced to Zerorez several years ago. I have always been a satisfied customer (which is not an easy achievement sometimes).

On this week (June 21st), I had scheduled to have some carpets cleaned in a rental property for a local landlord. My tech was "Kev" who was very personable and professional. I cannot tell you the absolute miracle he worked in one of the rooms which had been left severely stained. In fact all of the rooms were left looking really good and smelling so fresh.

Not having residue left after cleaning and using hot water

Jake was a awesome. He was very professional. I would definitely recommend him again.

Showed up, cleaned my rugs, they came out better than expected (lots of areas of pet stains I had treated) done in record time and it dried as expected. Couldn't ask for better. The fact that everything they use is non-toxic is huge for me.

Technician was on time, courteous, paid attention to detail and was conscientious of keeping the entrance area clean and neat. Very professional attitude. I highly recommend him and his hard work!
