Just a word of caution...got the special "3 rooms for $99" and of course they add other charges which really came to a whole lot more ($249) when they were done (one of the rooms was oversized, added the closet rug, stain remover).

next time i would just make sure - ahead of time - that i am, indeed, getting the special price!

Landon did a great job on our carpet. He was very thorough and took his time to make sure the job was done correctly. The previous cleaner did not, although that was many months ago. We would like to request Landon next time if possible.

The service was excellent and will definitely recommend and use this service in the future. The service tech was very friendly and knowledgeable about additional services (i.e. cleaning area rugs). Unfortunately, they do not have the tools to steam clean wood floors. Otherwise, I was very pleased with the after appearance.

I appreciate the ease of scheduling on line and the follow up to make sure I was getting all the services I needed and that pricing was correct. Preston was on time, friendly and knowledgeable and even offered to do a last minute area rug cleaning when I asked about that service.

The tech was amazing. Prompt-professional-kind etc. You are lucky to have such a great employee. Booking was pretty easy.

I specifically asked for the last appointment of the day due to people working from home and although Zerorez could not “guarantee” me the time I wanted, their timing could not have been more perfect. They arrived just a little before 5pm, gave me an hours notice of their arrival and completed the job in about 45 minutes. My carpet looked wonderful! I highly recommend Zerorez!!!
