The technician that came in, R.Comm C, was great. He came in was friendly and efficient. Explained everything and got busy, was done quickly and the carpets looked great. Would definitely recommend your services again.
Professional and effective. Carpets look like brand new and rooms smell fresh and clean. Service went fast and carpets dried in record time on a HUMID day! The machine is fairly quiet so I could work from home while the carpets were being cleaned.
Stacy was great! He commutated great, it was a hard fix. Most of it turned out great but with a 38 year old carpet, he was fantastic! Willing to “test” a space before we continued on! Didn’t want me to waste my $ on a done carpet!
