We had ductwork cleaned in a house. It seems that all loose debris was removed completely and the job site was left clean.
The represetative from the company was very nice, and I know he did a good job - the carpet looked great when he left. But over the next few hours, moew blood has climbed back up the carpet fibers and it looks even worse. I suppose we're just going to have to have it all removed.

Having been using your service about 5 years now. Learned of this service from radio 103.9 Mellisa sent me. I like everything but the surprises at the end of job. Would rather be made aware of everything involved and the price prior to appointment date. Otherwise, I love your work and workers. They really know what the are doing. I think I told them I was going to give thema C+ but I changed it a an A- (LOL). Name removed

I like how professional and caring the young man was. He did a great job cleaning my carpets. The only bad thing was, the carpet took way too long to dry. He said it would only take 2 to 3 hours. Unfortunately, it took almost 12 hours. And, this is not thick carpet.
