II am thing of getting carpet cleaned again because of the age, but uncertain for i have hard wood floors underneath carpet. Unfortunately, but your company did the best considering the age of carpet.
The technician showed up on time and walked through the house to make sure he and I were agreeing on what needed to be done. He explained the different processes he would be using and the cost. After several hours of hard work he said he was finished and we walked through to check again. After it dried which in our case took 48 hours it looks really good. Stains were removed that had not been removed by previous carpet cleanings.

I learned the hard ways years ago the value of using ZeroRez Vs other firms who tend to use a soapy cleaner. ZeroRez is especially perfect for those who have pets or pet guests who go on rugs. Their technician William was awesome, helpful, and extremely thorough. I especially appreciated his honesty by sharing 1 of my rugs was too contaminated and not worth salvaging. William rocks as the face for your firm and great customer experience.
