The service was done promptly. I was called by Abdul in the morning and informed that he would be arriving and 8:30 (time of service was 8-10am range). He was on time and efficient. He checked for bio and advised on treatment. He confirmed I was satisfied with the service before leaving. There was very little smell. I will say that I had the service done on a rainy day, and it took over a full day to dry completely; not anyone at ZeroRez fault, but something to think about if scheduling carpet cleaning. I plan to use their services in the future.
