No water and carpets clean

My technician was great! He was friendly, efficient, and explained what he would be doing. Everything went smoothly. He even showed up on the early end of the service window.
I'm not sold on the Zerorez technique, though. I could see some difference in my carpet for sure, but overall, I was underwhelmed. I haven't had my carpets cleaned in years, so I expected to be wowed. I was not.
Additionally, the product sprayed on the carpet before cleaning is pretty strong. Even with my mask on, it affected me almost immediately and I began sneezing and blowing my nose and I ran around to each room opening windows to get some ventilation. I was not prepared for that.
