We were extremely pleased with the services from Zerorez. The technician was friendly and skillful. We had 3 rooms of carpets cleaned, and when the technician finished the job, the carpets were very clean. The carpets are almost 15 years old but he made them look almost new. There were places that had been well traveled, even those places looked better after the cleaning.
This was the second time we had used Zerorez for our carpet cleaning. I went back to them because of the great job they did the first time we used them. We've had other companies attempt to clean our carpets but none have satisfied us this much.

Your products work great on carpets. We love the treatments and the in depth process of understanding our needs as a customer and what is best for carpet needs but also being mindful of customer focus/request. Aaron was a great tech. Great work ethic, addressed our needs and gave helpful tips to help keep our carpets in best shape possible. Our floors look great. Previous owners had pets and a few stains that hadn’t been able to remove. Aaron has our floors now spotless and we are more excited to have family and friends over for the Holidays.

Kendal did a great job of making our tile floors look brand new again! He was so pleasant and professional and took his time to work on some problem areas. They have a fantastic system and I would highly recommend them if you have dingy tile and/or grout. I still can’t believe the difference! It was a great feeling walking into the kitchen the next morning to super clean floors!

Zerorez was available to come the next day. They were prompt and professional. Did a good job too.

Our carpet looks and feels so clean and fresh. The spot cleaning our Zerorez associate did ahead of the cleaning process helped a lot. It is October, so we put out fans to help in the drying process. It took nearly 48 hours to completely dry, but it was worth the wait. We were able to move furniture back in our bedroom the first day (Friday) and finished moving furniture in the living room this morning, Sunday. We are very happy with Zerorez!
