Technician arrived on time, he was professional, explained the process then got started. Carpet was cleaned in three bedrooms and hall. Looks good. Dried so we could move the furniture back in 32 hours.

I've used your company several times and I am very happy with the services. The technicians are always very polite and friendly.

I like how professional and caring the young man was. He did a great job cleaning my carpets. The only bad thing was, the carpet took way too long to dry. He said it would only take 2 to 3 hours. Unfortunately, it took almost 12 hours. And, this is not thick carpet.

We had ductwork cleaned in a house. It seems that all loose debris was removed completely and the job site was left clean.

The represetative from the company was very nice, and I know he did a good job - the carpet looked great when he left. But over the next few hours, moew blood has climbed back up the carpet fibers and it looks even worse. I suppose we're just going to have to have it all removed.
