Technicians were willing to use camera to inspect vents. I could follow along, see what they were doing and listen to their comments.

I am very happy with the way my carpets look. However, I was kind of shocked when person who did the work said that my main living area would have to be counted as two rooms. A sectional couch kind of divides the room but the room really isn't that big and especially when the couch and 2 upholstered chairs take up quite a bit of area (these were cleaned around. I have a cat so I knew there would have to be extra product used and a protective solution sprayed on after cleaning. My bill was $344.00. This was the 3rd or 4th time I have used Zerorez and I've never paid that much before. Did my person pull a fast one on me? I questioned him but he made it sound like there was no question that was the proper price. I would love to hear from someone in charge.

I like that there are no harsh chemicals used, the carpet and rugs were not left soaking wet, and everything appeared well cleaned. Customer service was very professional and the person who cleaned them for me, Julia, was great about going over everything and explaining treatments and process. She was very efficient and did a great job! They were able to work with my schedule and made sure to keep me informed on arrival time.
