We were able to get an emergency appointment when we spilled coffee on our brand new carpet! The technician was knowledgeable about what to use to remove the brown residue and was very friendly and explained what he was doing!
I usually use a different local carpet and upholstery cleaner, but I haven't been thrilled with their work the last few times so I looked into ZeroRez based on a colleague's suggestion (I work in Real Estate). It was way pricier than any other upholstery cleaner I had used in the past, but I was busy and just wanted it done so I figured we would give them a shot. The technician was there for 2.5 hours cleaning hour sofa and two chairs, what took other cleaners under an hour, and they area all spotless. My super picky wife was thrilled and it also dried way quicker. It is definitely worth the extra money, and that is coming from someone who is super cheap.
I needed early in the morning they were there early, courtesy call 25 minutes before arrival. The technician was very polite and did a great job in a timely manner. I would never think of calling anyone else for my carpet cleaning needs. The price for my service was also reasonable.
