It was a very low odor in my house when the tech was finished which I appreciated. It dried pretty quickly.

My cleaner was on time and courteous and tried multiple things including elbow grease to try to get up a coffee stain from when I spilled literally a whole mug of coffee. I appreciated the effort and the end result looked great.
