Quality and safety

On the first visit there was a center of the carpet that was missed,(respectfully, it looked like a shadow in the middle of the room) I called and was greeted by the most courteous voice on the other end, she listened to my concerns and responded and letting me know that they will be right back to fix the issue at my earliest convenience.
At the second visit, the technician was apologetic and very professional went about his work very quickly and courteously. We are very happy about your services. We will use you again.
