II am thing of getting carpet cleaned again because of the age, but uncertain for i have hard wood floors underneath carpet. Unfortunately, but your company did the best considering the age of carpet.

The technician showed up on time and walked through the house to make sure he and I were agreeing on what needed to be done. He explained the different processes he would be using and the cost. After several hours of hard work he said he was finished and we walked through to check again. After it dried which in our case took 48 hours it looks really good. Stains were removed that had not been removed by previous carpet cleanings.
