Charlie came in, assessed the situation, offered additional services based on his assessment and proceeded to make our carpets look brand new. With five dogs, a lot can happen on these carpets and Charlie made sure anything we could not see was gone as well. Great service, great technician, and overall great experience. I expect to see Charlie next year for our annual service.

I was very satisfied with the job. I think your system does a very good job cleaning my carpets. I basically had my whole house cleaned. But I do have to admit I was a little taken aback when I learned one of the guys said he was not vaccinated. His answer caught me off guard as I wasn't expecting to hear that. I would have expected a service with employees who go into peoples' houses to be vaccinated. But as I was caught off guard and a bit flustered about it, I didn't say they needed to wear masks in the house. It felt weird & awkward to say to wear masks now since our state has been relaxing mandates for vaccinated people - but that was my fault because they offered to do so. However I was a bit stunned by that and wasn't thinking clearly so it is my own responsibility. I will recommend your services to my friends but will let them know about some employees not being vaccinated.

I was introduced to Zerorez several years ago. I have always been a satisfied customer (which is not an easy achievement sometimes).

On this week (June 21st), I had scheduled to have some carpets cleaned in a rental property for a local landlord. My tech was "Kev" who was very personable and professional. I cannot tell you the absolute miracle he worked in one of the rooms which had been left severely stained. In fact all of the rooms were left looking really good and smelling so fresh.
