Even though I was not on the premises when the carpet was cleaned, my son said the technician did his best to remove some tough stains and recommended we wait for the carpet to dry and call Zerorez back to try one more time to remove these stains. My son did say the carpet looks much better than it did before. I appreciate the effort of the technician to keep me informed when he would arrive. Overall, I am very satisfied with the service provided.

Charlie came in, assessed the situation, offered additional services based on his assessment and proceeded to make our carpets look brand new. With five dogs, a lot can happen on these carpets and Charlie made sure anything we could not see was gone as well. Great service, great technician, and overall great experience. I expect to see Charlie next year for our annual service.
