I have used the carpet, tile, and air duct services multiple times. My last carpet and tile service was good but in general I do believe it is more about how honest and skilled the technician is as to satisfaction degree in the job . There appears to be a lack of consistency as to how things are done that does concern me. Having expressed this concern , i will repeat that my last tile and carpet cleaning was good.

Zerorez products are good for the environment and do a great job. No scent is important for folks with allergies. I have been a customer for 10 years and have never being disappointed. They clean my furniture, carpets, rugs and the ventilation system as well. I have allergies, I only use Zerorez. The technicians are well trained and knowledgeable of the services and how to clean, remove stains, etc. Technicians are very professional.
