My carpets had not been cleaned in years. I am very pleased with the outcome...even in high traffic areas, which I did not expect much, but I can clearly see the difference although not as significant as other areas.
Montrell and DeShawn (sp), were absolutely phenomena! They were very pleasant, knowledgeable and I felt very comfortable having them in my home. This is coming from a person, that is very uneasy when I have to have workers (strangers) come into my home. When they walked up to the door, there were smiles and they were ready to work and listened to all of my concerns and answered all of my questions.
I will be contacting you all again to clean my air ducts. My prayer is that Montrell and/or DeShawn are available, because it is my preference to have them complete my requests. Their customer service was top notch. Zerorez should feel very blessed to have these 2 young men as representatives for their business.
