Deep cleaning with water and extraction is much better for pet stains and odors than dry chemical methods. It's also better for my allergies and, I expect, for the safety of my animals.

However the salesman that sold us the package-- Told us everything we wanted to hear to sell the package. He outright lied to us about moving furniture, room sizes, and stain removal. This made it more difficult for our technician. I am so disappointed in him and his representing ZeroRez.

The results of the cleaning are "as advertised". No Gimmicks here. You can find cheaper deals with coupons or groupons but if you want your carpets really clean, especially if one or two rooms have been neglected, Zerorez is the only choice. Their technician, was awesome. Very Professional, explained the process, very flexible, answered all questions. I got the impression very quickly that this guy knows what he is doing, He really worked the rug also. He sold me on the deep cleaning optional additional work. I thought "here we go", the additional sale of unnecessary services. I was wrong. High traffic areas are like new again. I really need to thank William, Zerorez Technician, for all his efforts. I recommend this company without reservation. They really know what they are doing.
