My representative did everything exactly as described. I couldn't have been more pleased. He called me in advance to let me know he was on the way, was very polite, friendly, and did a thorough job on the carpeting...all this while under some additional pressure because there had been an equipment failure in my apartment that required other workmen on site. If I could give 20 stars, I would. It's nice to have someone work hard and be genuinely kind at the same time.
