Well my technician was pleasant, friendly, diligent, detailed and professional! He offered services that I truly needed! I am in love with my carpets. I have been in my apartment for 4 years and the office always send over someone to clean every year and its like they just move around the dirt. This is the first time since the last time Zerorez cleaned my carpets that I have felt comfortable walking around on my carpet. It looks so clean it practically looks new. Its crazy and I had stains everyone thanks to my 14 year old boy, 13 year old girl, and 4 year old dog acting like their infants. I am overly pleased and I know who I will continue to call even when I buy my own home! At one point I didn't even want guest over because the carpet was disgusting. Thank you so much! I wish I could remember my techs name but I am so bad with names and I was working from home at the time he came.

Our service technician was extremely friendly and quite helpful. He listened, was courteous, and carefully cleaned our carpet. He explained the process to me and when he was done our carpet smelled fresh and clean!

The carpet looks great and the young man who cleaned the carpet was friendly and efficient!

The first time ( Wednesday) I received service for a dog soil upstairs- once the spot dried it was clear it had not come out. I called and right away was offered a return visit at no cost. This time the stain came completely out😊. The service provider was great both times. I appreciate the service and kindness.
