I want to complain that I was told that the tech would only need to go through one of the vents to clean the ducts. When he arrived he told me he had to clean via each vent in each room.

I understand I was not the first person to be told the same thing. I was very upset that I was given incorrect information.

Your product is very good, although it depends on the operator. My last service wasn't what I expected. The operator didn't fully extend his ability to clean a certain area. I had asked him to touch it one more time. The next thing I notice, he was getting in his truck and leaving without saying a word. This is the first time this has happen, usually the operator will try to please, but this guy didn't. Over the years, I haven't had a complaint. But will use your service again. Hope to get another operator. Thanks
