Had a great team led by Raymond to clean 2 rugs and 2 sofas in our home. So happy with the results and amazed at how quickly they were able to do the work. This was our first time using Zerorez and will definitely be calling again for other items in our home

The staff and technicians have always been very professional, friendly, and timely. The carpets always look very clean when the service is completed. I also like how there is not a time limit as to when you can walk on the carpets and they are not soaking wet. We have used Zerorez a handful of times over the past 10 years.

As a business owner myself, I know first hand how hard it is to get good help. He was very professional and friendly. He made us feel very informed with process, recommdations and prices.

From the tech's call ahead to the steady flow of cleaning till the reloading of the van to leave, everything went well. This was the first time I was told to vacuum after carpet was completely dry - nice!

I was thoroughly impressed with Zerorez & Aaron, and his pride in making my carpets as best they can be. He told me that they were going to be great once he left. I told him not to 'over promise and under deliver'...but when he finished, I was literally blown away! Not only did he make the carpets almost new again, but he did it in a professional way and is the best carpet cleaner I have EVER had visit my home. He spent almost 4 hours working his tail off and I cant tell you how shocked we were at the work he was able to do...and we are talking multiple stains, pet odors, gum, etc., on a beige carpet...so it isn't always easy to make beige come back to new...but he was able to do so while also training a new tech, Preston, who was just as professional and hard working. Both guys were great to get along with and took tremendous pride in their work. It meant a lot to the wife and I that they weren't just some fly by night guys who walked in, got it done as best they could, and walked out. Aaron really cared about how we felt in getting these carpets as clean as they could be. Zerorez should be proud of the employee they have in Aaron, and if he is training Preston, then Preston will be an asset for your company in the future as well. I am very thankful for everything that was done and will definitely have you guys come back and do the downstairs rooms as well. You guys truly have some gems working for you and I cant wait until they clean the next set of rooms for us. If I could rank higher than a 10, I would! Again, thoroughly, thoroughly impressed and I would recommend Zerorez, Aaron, and Preston to anyone and everyone! Incredible job, incredible company, and incredible employees. Job well done!
