I was very happy with the service tech who cleaned my carpets; he did an excellent job. He told me this was his last day, and I told him I was sorry for y'all because he was so good that y'all needed to keep him!

The only thing I was not happy with was how the price changed from my phone estimate, which I wasn't warned about. I didn't know I'd have to pay extra to have pet urine spots removed, among a few other things that upped my total cost.

However, I was very happy with the way the carpet looked when Ray was finished. He did a wonderful job.

Phillip did an unbelievable job! He was efficient, competent, and careful with the cleaning. He hauled all the machines up and down the stairs. He was good at explaining what he was doing. Even though he said there were a couple spots left, the carpet looks like new!!!
