I had my carpets cleaned yesterday. Philip was the one who did the work. He was very respectful, called 30 minutes before arrival, very thorough and did a great job.
My carpets look great. The only reason I didn't rate it a 10 is because I found it to be pricey. Never spent so much before. But I'm completely pleased with Philip's efforts and outcome.

Drew the service provider provided a lot of information and understanding about the products and the activity required. Unfortunately some of the older and more severe spots could not be cleaned otherwise the service and the product was very good.
