I had a lot of dog stains, including red clay - I'm amazed that these stains came out of the carpet. The rep was very imformative, as well as helpful!! My only concern was how long it took to dry, perhaps because I purchased the deep cleaning option - some of the carpet was dried in six hours, but it really took 10 hours for all of carpet to be fully accessible!! This will be my go to for carpet cleaning longterm!!
