Everything! The technicians were nice. The lead tech explained everything in detail so I would know what was going on. He answered my questions without seeming to be bothered. He explained the extra charges for pet spots. He has a great knowledge about his job. He was quick and efficient.

This is either my 3rd or 4th time using Zerorez and after each time, I am satisfied with the results. The technician was professional, courteous, and arrived early! He was also fair with his assessment and explained the additional charges that would be assessed.
