It's easy to schedule an appointment, they frequently have special pricing, the associates are always friendly and knowledgeable, they arrive on time when they are supposed to, they get to work and get the job done quickly and efficiently, I don't have to wait a whole day for the carpet to dry, and the carpets are always completely renewed and clean.

The technician called and said he could come early, which worked better for us. He was on time and very respectful. He did a great job. My only issue is the price. With a special, I still paid $255 to have five room and 15 steps cleaned. A local company does the same work but will do our entire house for $170. I wanted to give Zerorez a try and I'm pleased with their work, but the price is a bit higher than competitors.

The technician was very friendly and knowledgeable. He answered all the questions I asked. He was very patient with the humans and animals during his time here. I was very appreciative of his anecdotal stories and his sharing of tidbits like his newest pet. I could not catch my cat, however, we did work in the rooms he was trapped; this was because the cat can not go outside and we had him closed off from accessing the door used for the large vacuum hose.
The technician answered my question about the vent we could NOT clean. Hopefully, it will be cleanable after I have a heating/air conditioning service man to repair the obvious leak it has. We had a very busy mouse in that vent.
