I have used Zerorez several times and have never been disappointed. The first time I had my carpets cleaned they looked great, as carpets usually do after a cleaning! What really impressed me is how long the carpets kept clean. Zerorez is the only carpet cleaning service I will ever use.

First, Zerorez provided immediate availability for carpet cleaning-within 3 days.
Second they use only green, clean (hot water) for cleaning. They use a very subtle, organic citrus extract for a finish that leaves no residue.
Third, our carpets were all completely dry within 1.5 days.
I gave a high,10 score mainly due to Azel Altam. Mr. Altam arrived on time, worked carefully to cover corners and hard-to-reach areas, and made sure we understood how to care for the carpets once he had finished.
Great management, and most of all: superior service.
