You techs are great. Very helpful and professional

technicians came on time and got right to work. Very pleasant and took a moment to listen to the fact that dog urine spots were from a dog who had recently died. Head tech was training other man. Very positive in attitude and constant training and encouragement of his work.

I like how professional and courteous the technician was. I’m truly impressed by how clean my carpet looks. The last time I used Stanley Steamer and dollar for dollar 0rez was a much better value. They were able to get out spots and stains I didn’t think would come up. I really like that the treatment is pet friendly. The fresh and clean scent left behind was very pleasant. I highly recommend them for all your cleaning needs.

From scheduling to service, the process is top notch! My carpets look clean and smell good without a bunch of perfume and chemicals. The carpets also dried very quickly. My technician was friendly and did a wonderful job!
