I have not yet moved into my new home. I ordered a full carpet cleaning. I arrived a few days after and noticed some orange looking wet spots. I informed the company. I was not able to get back to the property for more than a month. When I got back they showed up within a day and fixed the problem ! This was after the contract stipulation that there was a 30 day time limit on revisits to correct problems. That is excellent customer service in my opinion. Will highly recommend them

Your receptionist was very personable and knowledgeable. She explained the process, gave an estimate which was accurate and scheduked the appointment. She later sent a link via email to show what to do to prepare for the services and again offered to answer any questions. When Aaron was going to be late because of a bigger than expected job we were called and he showed up at the new time. He then walked we me through the areas and noted any concerns. He also pointed out where another process would be required to get ultimate resulys. He estimated 45 mins to an hour for the procedure and was done in 42. He then had me inspect the job and he did what I expected. We wish him well in Florida.
