The tech, (Jonatan) was great. He was prompt, neat, polite, friendly and was very professional. he was able to remove a stain that no-one was able to remove before. my carpets look great.
overall, I'm very satisfied with the work that was done. However! I was never called the day before for the 3-hour window. I had to call the morning of the cleaning to find out.

As far as the service I was pleased. Your employee was pleasant and informative. The only way I can be sure our ducts are as clean as can be is to do a camera video in the ducts.
