We appreciated that Raymond called to let us know to expect him in 20 mins. Once he assessed the areas, he explained his plan for how to attack the pet stains from our bunny and 3 cats. I was amazed at how effective the treatment was on the dozens of dark orange bunny urine stains that were on a white shag rug and our light beige carpeting. It was better than I expected! Our couch and loveseat literally look brand new now and he even showed me the years worth of grime being lifted off the upholstery as he was doing it. I'm glad I contacted these professionals who have the knowledge and the right equipment because I couldn't have even come close using a rented steam cleaner!
