The technician called and said he could come early, which worked better for us. He was on time and very respectful. He did a great job. My only issue is the price. With a special, I still paid $255 to have five room and 15 steps cleaned. A local company does the same work but will do our entire house for $170. I wanted to give Zerorez a try and I'm pleased with their work, but the price is a bit higher than competitors.

The technician was very friendly and knowledgeable. He answered all the questions I asked. He was very patient with the humans and animals during his time here. I was very appreciative of his anecdotal stories and his sharing of tidbits like his newest pet. I could not catch my cat, however, we did work in the rooms he was trapped; this was because the cat can not go outside and we had him closed off from accessing the door used for the large vacuum hose.
The technician answered my question about the vent we could NOT clean. Hopefully, it will be cleanable after I have a heating/air conditioning service man to repair the obvious leak it has. We had a very busy mouse in that vent.

He arrived as scheduled, assessed the pet stains, made appropriate recommendations, added on a room I did not think would be ready right away, and later added on another set of stairs and several area rugs without any hesitation. Chad was pleasant, polite, kind, experienced, efficient, and effective. The carpets look as good, if not better, than new and my entire house smells clean and fresh. Excellent service and a great job on my stains
I like that I can ask for the same tech to come to my home each time. Raymond is a great carpet tech, he is familiar with my home and pets and carpet needs. The carpet cleaning is always great and he's made me aware of other products and services from Zerorez that are available that I may like to get.
