I love that this a patented formula that leaves no residue, doesn't over saturate our carpet like many other companies we used. They're enviromentally aware, polite and professional suggest care maintenance for the carpet. We're definitely not interested in using anyone else.

I was very pleased with the young man who cleaned my rugs and furniture. They looked lovely after he finished.
However when I booked with you I was told you would schedule me from 8AM to 1 PM. the night before you called and said 10 AM to 1 PM. Because you scheduled two people ahead of me and the 9:30 appointed was a bigger job than expected he didn't arrive until after 1PM.
So that thru my whole day off. I have a dog so I didn't want to leave while the work man was here.
So no complains about the service just the scheduling
