Jonathan, the service tech was punctual, polite and did a great job on very old carpet. 17 year old carpet with high traffic areas needing extra attention made his task a challenge however; he was able to make the carpet look as good as possible considering it's lack of maintenance over rhe years. Carpet was dry in 6 to 8 hours and my wife and I are pleased with rhe cleaning. Would recommend zerorez to friends and family.
