Good communication. Technician arrived on time and was very friendly. We went through all the rooms and identified lots of areas that I didn't know had dog urine. The work was completed pretty quickly. They also did our living room area rug (wool) and it came out FANTASTIC! The colors are more vibrant. All of the carpets looks pretty much new again and they are 14 years old. We had ZeroRez clean our carpets also in 2017 and were very pleased. You don't need to replace carpets with these kind of results from just cleaning. :-)

The technician was personable and knowledgeable, and the cleaning process left our carpets clean and fresh. The stain treatment worked wonderfully well, and the carpets dried quickly without the stiff or sticky feeling other commercial treatments sometimes leave.
