We have used Zerorez since they came to the Raleigh area and would not consider any other carpet cleaning service. They do a professional job with friendly staff and are on time. They keep you posted via text as to when the service people will arrive in the designated appointment time. The carpet looks and smells great . I will continue to use Zerorez and recommend anyone give them a try, you will be hooked on them thereafter

The first appt. left streaks and not overall clean. The second cleaner, Abdul brought in a machine with bristles and really did an excellent job. He wanted us to be happy with Zerorez and we are now. Thank you, Abdul.
