I complained about the service Ali, the tech provided. I received a call from the manager who made an appointment to have another tech come and re-clean the carpets. Sanchez, the tech, came out and cleaned the carpets again. when he'd finished, I was completely satisfied. Sanchez was very professional and courteous. I really appreciate the customer service provided by the manager and Sanchez.
