The employee was very respectful. He came in and completely explained everything to me and took the time to look at the areas first. I definitely appreciated after everything was complete he explained exactly what he did and took the time to say "can I answer any questions for you." or "is there anything else I can do for you today." Unfortunately nowadays it is challenging to find good help. This was definitely not the case here. The employee was so wonderful I have decided to hopefully afford myself with continuous service from this company. As a first time customer I was so glad to meet such a wonderful employee that did wonderful work.
