My favorite thing about your product and service is the fact that you reuse just water to get my carpets and upholstery clean. I love that there is no chemical smell or residue after you guys have been here. I had some pretty bad pet stains on carpet, and they are completely gone! Also, your technician got two old chairs looking like new.
Don’t ever change your process! Everybody else uses soaps and chemicals, but the empowered water in the process that ZeroRez uses gets things very clean with no worry about exposing children and pets to chemicals.
