There is one area in front of the stairs that has turned brown in a circle pattern. Drainage from the cleaning hose? I don’t know but it wasn’t there befor. Could you please check this out.

Zach was a great technician and did a good job cleaning the carpets. It’s unfortunate that Zerorez puts their techs in the uncomfortable position of forcing customers to sign broad sweeping and deceptive indemnification waivers for a couple of pet stains. Fix your business practices ZeroRez. Limit the liability waiver to the actual issue which is customary and fair to both parties.
