Great Service

So far I’ve had my carpet cleaned and air duct cleaned. Service provided was great. Both young men did a great job. They answered all of my nagging questions. They were very polite.

I just rescued a dog in need of a home, however my carpet got the bad end of the deal. I have my own carpet cleaner, but I didn’t have the time or energy to do an overhaul clean that was desperately needed. This is the first time I have used ZeroRes, I say “first” because I KNOW I will use them again.
The staff was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable, even with the embarrassing smell coming from my once inviting home.
My Technician was Khalil, he was amazing, energetic, and thoughtful when it came to my personal belongings. He made sure I was satisfied with everything and after cleaning the carpet it was instantly noticeable and home was once more inviting. During the visit Chad a managing technician came by to make sure things were going smoothly and if I had any questions. I felt overall satisfied and taken care of with my service.

Brian was courteous, and efficient. We had some terrible stains that are much reduced. The carpet looks great. The only negative is that my carpet takes way more than 6-8 hours to dry.

Clean carpets, great customer service!

I was notified of a three hour window for my appointment. Worker called prior to arriving. Worker arrived when he said, so I was not kept waiting and wondering if my appointment time would stand. Worker was extremely nice and helpful, worked quickly and asked if I needed anything else.
