However when I called about a few spots, they were right on it. The tech returned an did such an amazing job that the 11 year old carpet looked brand new! Our service technician was outstanding and our carpets look amazing! Prior to arrival, our technician called to inform that he was en route and provided insight into what would happen during our service. It was raining out so he also explained that tracks may come indoors but we were able to get service through the garage door. He conducted a thorough walk thru and asked if there were any areas of concern. Upon completion, he conducted another walk thru, checking for satisfaction and advising where he encountered some stubborn spots. He gave great advice on aftercare and things we could do to prolong our cleaning results.

William was great! Professional, friendly.

The young man was very polite, and explained every detail of what steps, he was going to take to clean our carpet, hall, stairwell. He did work through with a family member, pointing out the different area's that needed extra attention. All in all, this young man is a great employee, and we are very pleased with his performance.
