My appointment was scheduled between 8-10AM. He contacted me by phone around 8:10AM and indicated he could be at my house within 10-15 minutes. From the moment he stepped foot in our home, he was not only professional, but listened to our needs. He diligently worked on our sofa bench the entire time and the results are AMAZING! We were very impressed with his continued efforts and felt he treated the piece like it was his own. There were several water spots and he made them his mission! Clearly, a mission he was going to succeed at!
WE can't THANK him enough. As the world continues to change and the service industry is lacking as of late, this is one young man I'd want on my team. If I could give him a raise, it would already be done! Hoping this review sheds some light on his work ethic and helps get him to the next level.
