I had my ducts and dryer vent cleaned. The Technician was friendly and professional. He explained to me everything that he would be doing and how long it would take. I would definitely hire Zerorez again.
You successfully got rid of the cause of the bad smells in the townhome I am renting. Dog urine that soaked into the padding beneath the carpet was the culprit. The technician, Jeremy, was very polite and explained the process before he did anything.He gave me a text 20 minutes before arriving which was helpful. And he did a great job at removing the stains on my new sofa. Very satisfied with the service and the treatment.
