Zach was a great technician and did a good job cleaning the carpets. It’s unfortunate that Zerorez puts their techs in the uncomfortable position of forcing customers to sign broad sweeping and deceptive indemnification waivers for a couple of pet stains. Fix your business practices ZeroRez. Limit the liability waiver to the actual issue which is customary and fair to both parties.

I really liked how environmentally friendly the company is. I also really liked the technician. He was very professional, explaining the whole process. And he was quite personable.

Despite trying to clean up from cat spit-ups, I had many stained areas that cleaned up nicely with Zerorez. I am happy with the results.

This was my 3rd Zerorez service over the last several years. The techs have consistently been very courteous and made efforts to care for other floor surfaces and furniture as they cleaned specified areas. The carpet has looked great every time - and I have off-white carpet.

I had my carpets cleaned yesterday. Philip was the one who did the work. He was very respectful, called 30 minutes before arrival, very thorough and did a great job.
My carpets look great. The only reason I didn't rate it a 10 is because I found it to be pricey. Never spent so much before. But I'm completely pleased with Philip's efforts and outcome.
