In a carpet cleaning appointment Dec. 19, 2022, carpet technician Beenah was prompt, professional, and knowledgeable. Before he started cleaning the carpets, he asked questions about what I wanted and clearly explained the services (for example, the protectant for the carpet.) The carpet hadn't been cleaned in a few years. There were also kinds of little spots on it. I was amazed at how clean he got the carpet. He also cleaned coach upholstery.
I would definitely use Zerorez again. I would highly recommend the company's services to friends and family.
