As a Real Estate Broker and a homeowner, I have had experience with a number of carpet cleaning companies over the years. I like Zerorez because the company's cleaning process is very good and thorough, and they do not use harsh chemical solutions to clean carpets and upholstery. The two-step process is very effective for treating and removing dirt and stains, and there is no chemical odor.

Zerorez was able to schedule my appointment within a few days of my call, and the costs of service were specified and confirmed (cleaning of staircase, carpets and upholstery (couch), plus carpet/fabric protector treatment). The only thing which was a bit of a surprise was the additional fuel and solution disposal charges, but they were disclosed at the time of appointment scheduling and it is my understanding that many companies are now charging these types of costs.

I was very pleased with the service recently provided by Aaron. He was very professional, courteous, and polite. He is an excellent representative of the company. Aaron worked very hard to ensure my carpet, staircase, and upholstery were fully and properly cleaned, and the results were amazing - especially since I have off-white carpets. I highly recommend Zerorez!
