Any question I asked about the process was explained with knowledge and my carpet was cleaned to my satisfaction . Most importantly it didn't take all day to do. I had time to do other things during the day.

Thank you guys so much for keeping my carpets in good form. The carpets look new each time they are cleaned and I really appreciate that they look so fabulous post cleaning. The technician, Luis, was so efficient and we walked through the house a few times to make sure all was completed properly. He did a wonderful job. I have sweet kittens who have turbulent kitty tummies- so the biotreatment is a carpet life-saver. Excited to have my carpets in good form and sparkling, clean again. Thanks!!
