I greatly appreciate Zerorez and their excellent work! They are flexible and willing to work out a time that is convenient for the customer. You are notified the day before with a window of time for your service the next day. The day of service, you are contacted within 30 minutes of their arrival. They are prompt & explain everything to you.

The carpet dried quickly and Ali, the technician was courteous and very conscientious that the carpet was expertly cleaned. He should definitely be rated higher than Ten. We have had Zerox clean our carpet for the past ten years and have always been extremely pleased with the results and the professionalism of the technicians.

Louis was very professional, explained everything well, and I felt he did an excellent job cleaning our carpet.

The young man who cleaned our carpets worked very hard and did a great job cleaning our carpets. He explained everything to me and was very respectful. My carpets now look almost new. I will definitely be using your services again.
