The tech was very professional and courteous, he explained everything, he was knowledgeable and answered all my questions. He made sure I was satisfied with the answers before he started. He offered a deep cleaning service and was not pushy. As he was shampooing the carpet he showed me the difference the deep cleaning solution made. After he finished the carpet you could really tell the difference. I would recommend Zerorez to anyone, from the initial call to schedule appt to job completion there was nothing I would change about the process.

Technician was very polite, courteous and professional. Job was completed in a timely manner. Most of all the cost was very reasonable. I did have a couple spots that didnt get as clean as I expected, but technician explained that due to age of carpet and possible damaged underneath that the stains wouldn't come out. Overall I was pleased with the service. I would definitely use your services again.
