The gentleman that cleaned my carpet was very personable and efficient. I felt like he listened to me about my concerns.
The only thing I’m not entirely happy with is my bedroom carpet downstairs. I would like to have someone retreat that area. Stacy was great! Super nice guy and very knowledgeable. We had two pieces of furniture and the hall carpet cleaned. All pieces looked and smelled new after the service. And the prices are fair. I will definitely use Zerorez again and highly recommend the service! Great job!
