The method used to clean carpets is in my opinion is superior to other cleaners. They all clean the carpet but Zerorez seems better for the carpet. Less dampness, quick drying, no residue.

I had just had my carpets cleaned when my 2 year old grandson decided to draw on a bedroom carpet with a black dry erase pen. I called Zerorez and they came out and treated the area the next day, removing all the stain. Thanks to having had the protective application and the quick response of Zerorez, the stain came completely out. I've been using Zerorez for many years and will continue to do so. This is what a call outstanding customer service!
No chemicals, super quick cleaning job, and the carpet was left SO MUCH CLEANER. I have tried to self-clean our carpets so many times, with conditioners, steam cleaners, and just old fashion scrubbing on my hands and knees and nothing was getting the set in stains out. Zero Rez came in and they are GONE. Very impressed.

Scheduling with Zerorez was a breeze. I had to call a day before and change our 1st appointment when we had an unexpected situation arise and customer service was pleasant and rescheduled as needed. Our technician Drew was prompt and very very nice. He was straight forward about some stains that needed additional attention besides the regular cleaning and the added costs. I agreed I did not want those to come back and agreed with the pricing. He did an excellent job and our carpet looks so much better. We have a lot of family coming in for Thanksgiving and having clean carpet is a load off of our minds!
