The services rendered was not for me it was for one of our passed tenants who I helped due to language barrier, although I do work at an apartment community where we scheduled your company to do a carpet clean. From initial phone call to greeting of the Tech I will rate the highest possible for this review. Even with the last minute request about making a stop to the office to drop off the unit keys and email receipt showing proof of payment. I will definitely be recommending your company to each and everyone one of our Tenants that has carpets in their home!

My carpet looks great . I only use this company. My neighbor even loves how my carpet looks and my carpet is beige and now oh so beautiful
Zerorez was on time,.. efficient and very courteous.
Nevertheless,.. there was one stain that remained which he was unsuccessful in removing.
The carpet cleaning was so easy to sign up for a time online. The carpets look great and I feel so much better about our baby learning how to crawl on clean floors!!
