This is the second time we've used Zerorez and both times have been great! Justin called ahead to let us know he would arrive on-time and he did a fantastic job on the carpets. He carefully explained everything and confirmed the estimate and then asked if we had any questions before he got started. He was very careful to protect woodwork and the furniture and even put some fans down to speed the drying process. The carpets look awesome and I wouldn't hesitate to call them again when we need carpet cleaning. Way to go Justin!
